Pre-Order Item(s):
Our Pre-Order items gives you access to our brand new items or popular items. You'll be the first to receive our newest or exclusive products. Pre-Ordering item(s) will be available for shipment between 2-4 Weeks or Stated Date. Customers will be notified when your order has been shipped.
If any order includes a Pre-Order item. The entire order will ship out on the date of the Pre-Order item. If your order includes multiple Pre-Order, with different dates your entire order will ship out on the date of the latest Pre-Order item date in your order.
Order Change/ Cancellations:
Once order has been process, we are unable to change or cancel order. Please make sure item quantity, shipping address and order is correct.
Special Offer Code:
Special offers can only be redeem on official website, only one code offer can be enter during checkout. After entering offer code, adjustments will be made to eligible orders upon order completion.
Sold-Out Items(s):
When products are Sold Out. You may receive an email when products become available again or FOLLOW US on TIKTOK to be notified. Limited Edition products there's only a certain amount of products being produce. When Limited Edition products are sold out. Products will not be available again.

Orders Processing Time
Ordering processing times are 1-12 business days for regular orders.
New Releases, Sale Events and Holidays
Processing times are extended to accommodate the influx of order volume. Please check the announcement bar at the top of our website for the most current processing time, prior to ordering. Any estimate written on the announcement bar overrides this 1-12 business day estimate by default.Preorders and Specialty Products Typically ships within 1-4weeks. However, please check the individual preorder listing for the processing time.
Subscriptions are shipped on a set schedule, regardless of subscription order renewal date. Please see subscription page header on our website for more information.
Modifying or Canceling Order.
All orders are final sale and we are not able to make further adjustments after payment confirmation.
We are not able to combine multiple orders in 1 shipment at this time.
Forget Coupon Code. Coupon codes must be applied prior to payment, at checkout. We are not able to apply coupon codes after order has been received.
Wrong Address.
E-MAIL US immediately with your order number and address. There will be no guarantee that we will be able to change your address in time. ( Changing your default address of your account does not reflect an order that was already placed.) Unfortunately we do not have any ways of intercepting the shipment for orders with incorrect addresses. It's likely that your order will be returned Us or shipped to the address you have entered. If we receive your order, we will reach out to you.

How We Determine Rates
Shipping and handing charges are determine by destination and merchandise weight of your order before any deductions. Charges are calculated before taxes. All packages are shipped USPS. By default, orders are shipped by an affordable untracked service through USPS STAMP. If you would like the safety of tracked mail, select First Class or Priority Mail at checkout. First Class and Priority mail both offers tracking but priority mall includes insurance $50-$100 for loss and damage packages.
How long does shipping take?
Transit times depend on numerous variables such as your location, promotion, sales & holiday periods and your chosen shipping method. All orders are processed and shipped Business Days Only. Monday though Friday, Excluding Major Holidays. USPS Shipping estimates.
U.S Order usually arrives within 5-12 Business Days.
Alaska, Hawaii and U.S Territories Order usually arrives within 8-21 Business Days.
International Orders arrives within
US STAMP | 8-25 Business Days (No Tracking)
FRIST CLASS | 7-21 Business Days (Tracking)
PRIORITY | 6-12 Business Days (Tracking & Insurance)
EXPRESS | 3-6 Business DaysCustomers located outside of the US must have a matching billing and shipping address. Your order will be canceled if your international addresses don’t match.
How can I track my order?
Unfortunately, USPS STAMP does not provide tracking information.
We offer multiple shipping options. Be sure to chose correct shipping option at checkout that fits your needs. We are unable to change shipping option after order payment has be received.
Check email shipment invoice to locate your tracking number. Your tracking number allows you to know where your package is at all time. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive you Shipping Confirmation email.
Customs Fees
USA: Domestic orders do not incur duties.
INTERNATIONAL: Orders under $800USD do not incur any duties. If order proceeds over $750USD worth of items, to avoid the 5% tax upon delivery split order into two orders.
There are different rules for every country. As a general guideline: Orders that are flat paper items that are sent as letter mail will not incur taxes.
Bulky packages shipped may incur taxes, depending on the country.
It is the customer's responsibility to know the import rules of their country and purchase accordingly. Duties must be paid by the customer. If customer refuse package, package will returned to us. Customers will be refunded, shipping fee was used to ship. A 10% restocking fee will be charged. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by the customs department of the customer's country. Rarely , customers are charged Customs fees.
