By customers accessing or using portion or all of the services, customers agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Customers accept without limitation or qualification all Terms of Conditions and Private Policy, which form a legally binding agreement. Customers personal information provided to CIPLANNED as a result of customer access or use of services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Terms & Conditions (also refer as “Terms of Use”, “Terms of Service”) and the Privacy Policy set out the terms and conditions governing access to and use of CIPLANNED website www.CIPLANNED.com. These Terms of Condition are entered into between Customer (also referred to as “you”, “your”, “user”, “member” , “subscriber” or as a “club member”) and CIPLANNED (also referred to as “us”, “we”, or “our”).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION.

Customers may be required to create an account in order to use all or part of the services. If customers register an account, customers agree: (a) to provide accurate, complete, and current information as prompted by the registration forms; (b) to keep account information up-to-date, including any credit card numbers and expiration dates; (c) to keep your account information, including your password, secure and confidential; (d) to notify CIPLANNED immediately at Contact Us if you learn of any unauthorized access or use of your account or password or any other known or suspected breach of security related to your account; (e) you will be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including from unauthorized access; (f) do not share your account, username, or password with a third party or use the account, username, or password of another account holder; (g) when logging on to the services, services permitted use only under these Terms of Use. To register and use CIPLANNED services, you must be 18 years or older and/or be of legal age in your jurisdiction of residence.

MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION.

Register to become a member of The Gallery Membership by filling out the application. It may take 1-10 Business Days to receive a response letter through via email associated with your account. If you receive a deny letter, you are required to wait 3 months to reapply. If you receive acceptance letter, you will be directed to annually dues fee payment portal. Members will register Monthly Membership payments is 1st & 9th of the month, it allows you access to membership content. The Gallery Memberships includes a monthly fee and an annually dues fee. The monthly fee and annually dues fee is two separate subscription payments, once payment are registered they become automatic recurring , which you can control from your account.

SITE CONTENT.

Some content contains adult language, adult gesture and hard truths, it’s can be emotionally disturbing or emotionally elevated. The Art of Sophistication and Owner is not responsible for any kind of emotional and physical damage, or any kind of damage that may occur while using The Art of Sophistication site. The Art of Sophistication do not guarantee successful results, each person is individually different in how information is used, receive, applied and learned.

The Art of Sophistication logo and all page headers, custom graphics, button icons, trademarks, service marks and logos appearing on this site, unless otherwise noted, are service marks, trademarks (whether registered or not) and/or trade dress of CIPLANNED. You are not authorized to display or use the Marks in any manner without the express prior written consent of CIPLANNED. The use or misuse of the Marks or other trademarks, names, logos, service marks and/or trade dress or any other materials contained herein, except as permitted herein, is expressly prohibited. All other product and company names and trademarks mentioned, displayed, cited or otherwise indicated on the site are the property of their respective owners. All information and content available on the site and its “look and feel” including design, text, content, selection and arrangement of elements, organization, graphics, and the design, compilation, and other matters related to this Site (collectively, "Content") are protected under applicable intellectual property. All Content and intellectual property rights herein are the property of CIPLANNED or the material is included with the permission of the rights owner and is protected pursuant to applicable copyright and trademark laws.

SITE SUBMISSIONS.

Customer may choose to submit information to CIPLANNED through our Site for various reasons, such as, make a purchase, or apply for CIPLANNED employment opportunities. By submitting information to CIPLANNED, you are authorizing us to utilize this information for the purpose for which it was submitted and for such other purposes as set out in our Privacy Policy. We may or may not review all or any information submitted to us. Except for personally identifiable information such as names, addresses, and financial information, unsolicited information and content submitted to this Site is assigned to CIPLANNED. Sending any unsolicited submission to CIPLANNED, you waive the right to make any claim against CIPLANNED, its parents or affiliates related to use of the submission. Uploading or submitting any content you represent and warrant that any uploaded material does not: infringe any copyright or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person;  contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable; promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; violate the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy; promote any illegal activity, or advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act; involve commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes and other sales promotions, barter, or advertising; give the impression that the content emanates from or is endorsed by CIPLANNED or any other person or entity, if this is not the case. CIPLANNED reserves the right to remove any content that it deems, in its sole discretion, to violate these terms.

THIRD PARTY LINKS. Customer understand that when using the Site you may be exposed to third party content for which CIPlannedis not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, or intellectual property rights relating thereto, and accordingly waive any and all claims, rights, or remedies against CIPlanned with respect to such third party content, except as provided herein for copyright infringement notices. CIPlanned does not proactively screen, monitor, or control user uploaded content and thus does not endorse any content or opinion expressed in any content. CIPlanned expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with any such third party content.  As set forth in other provisions of this agreement, CIPlanned may investigate any reported hosted content in violation of these Terms of Use or any laws or regulations, and may determine in its sole discretion whether to remove such content.

BILLING AND FEES.

When you make a purchase you authorize the us to charge your credit card at the rate applicable at the time of your initial agreement. Plus any applicable local, state, or federal taxes. You may be responsible for other charges imposed by your credit card provider or financial service provider in connection with your subscription. The timing of your billing cycle may be subject to change (for example, due to a failure of your payment method caused by inadequate funds or an expired credit card). Payment failures; chargebacks: If charges for which you are responsible for fail at the time payment is due, server will continue to attempt to charge your payment method until such time as your payment method can successfully be charged and you will remain responsible for the payment of any such charges. You may be responsible for the costs associated with our efforts to collect amounts due to the extent permitted by applicable laws. If you contact your credit card or financial services provider to request a chargeback of any subscription fees due to us, we reserve the right to automatically terminate your account. If our investigation of the chargeback determines that there was a valid basis for the fees charged to you, we reserve the right, upon provided email notice to you, to charge you the reasonable costs associated with responding to your chargeback.

AUTOMATIC RENEWING SUBSCRIPTION. Purchasing a subscription; customers monthly subscription payments is recurring every month. Payments are automatically debited from your account monthly on registration date. As a customer, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew on a periodic basis for the renewal period disclosed to you at the time of your purchase and will continue to renew on that basis until you cancel in accordance with the cancellation terms.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time at no charge. Once subscription is cancel, you’ll receive an email notification. Payments that has been already submitted will not be refunded. If the pricing plan has remaining subscription payments (either recurring or installments), all upcoming payments will be automatically canceled. If you cancel your monthly subscription prior to the end of your subscription period, you will be entitled to continue to access your subscription through to the end of your current subscription period. At the end of your subscription period, you will immediately lose all access to any content or features provided through your subscription. To avoid the automatic renewal of your subscription, you must cancel your subscription at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the end of your current  billing cycle. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the end of your current billing cycle, your subscription may continue as scheduled and your cancellation will take effect at the end of the next billing cycle.

Subscription Upgrade or DownGrade

At this moment we do not have the ability to upgrade are downgrade customers accounts. Customers must cancel previous subscription, then sign up for new subscription.

Promotions and Trails

We may offer special promotional pricing and trials for Subscriptions (each, a “Promotional Subscription”) which may be subject to additional terms from these Terms of Use. Any additional terms will be disclosed to you at or prior to your promotional subscription sign-up. At the end of your Promotional Subscription term, your subscription will automatically renew at the price and for the duration disclosed to you at the signup of your Promotional Subscription. 

Termination

CIPLANNED may in our sole discretion, and for any reason, immediately and without notice to you, disable, suspend, or terminate your account, in whole or in part, or your right to access the services, including in the event of your actual or suspected unauthorized use or misuse of the services or violation of these Terms of Condition. In addition, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the services or any portion thereof at any time upon reasonable notice to you.

Changes To Private Policy and Terms&Conditions

CIPLANNED reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms & Conditions without notice at any time. The latest Terms & Conditions will be accessible on the site, and you should always review these Terms & Conditions prior to using the services to ensure that you have a current understanding of the Terms & Conditions under which you are permitted to access the services. If we make material modifications or amendments to these Terms & Conditions, we will notify you by reasonable means which could include notification through the services or by direct communication to you via email or your account. Customers use of the services following any modifications or amendments to these Terms & Condition shall signify your acceptance of such modifications or amendments.
