Our Pre-Order items gives you V.I.P Access to our brand new items or popular items. You have the luxury to order items before we have it in inventory. You'll be the first to receive our newest or restock products. Pre-Ordering item(s) will be Available between 2-4 Weeks or Stated Date. Customers will be notified when your order has been shipped.

If any order includes a Pre-Order/Back-Order item. The entire order will ship out on the date of the Pre-Order /Back-Order item. If your order includes multiple Pre-Order/Back-Order items, your entire order will ship out on the date of the latest Pre-Order/Back-Order item in your order.

Order Change/ Cancellations:

Once order has been process, we are unable to change or cancel order. Please make sure item quantity, shipping address and oder is correct.

Special Offer Code:

Special offers can only be redeem on official website, only one code offer can be enter during checkout. After entering offer code, adjustments will be made to eligible orders upon order completion.

Sold-Out Items(s):

When products are Sold Out. You may receive an email when products become available again or FOLLOW US on TIKTOK to be notified. Limited Edition products there's only a certain amount of products being produce. When Limited Edition products are sold out. Products will not be available again.

Orders Processing Time

• Ordering processing times are 1-10 business days for regular orders.

New Releases and Sale Events
the processing times are extended to accommodate the influx of order volume. Please check the announcement bar at the top of our website for the most current processing time, prior to ordering. Any estimate written on the announcement bar overrides this 1-10 business day estimate by default.

Preorders and Specialty Products typically ships within 1-4weeks. However, please check the individual preorder listing for the processing time.

Subscriptions are shipped on a set schedule, regardless of when your subscription order renewed. Please see subscription page on our website for more information.

Modifying or Canceling Order.

• All orders are final sale and we are not able to make further adjustments after payment confirmation.

• We are not able to combine multiple orders in 1 shipment at this time.

• Forget Coupon Code. Coupon codes must be applied prior to payment, at checkout. We are not able to apply coupon codes after order has been received.

Wrong Address.

EMAIL US ASAP with your order number and address directly. However, We cannot guarantee that we will be able to adjust your address in time so please double check before ordering. Another important caveat is changing your default address of your account does not reflect an order that was already placed. As sellers, we ship to the address you submit your order with so please always email to change your address!

If your order was already shipped with the incorrect address, unfortunately we do not have any ways of intercepting the transit to change the address. It's likely that your order will get returned to our PO box which in that case, we will contact you to discuss reshipments to the correct address.
